In this Japanese name, the family name is Mizuno.

Mizuno Tadamasa (水野忠政^?) (1493–Aug 22, 1543) was a samurai lord of feudal Japan. He ruled Kariya Castle. He was also the father of Dai-no-kata, the mother of shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu.
