Infanta Maria Antonietta Ferdinanda of Spain (November 17, 1729 - September 19, 1785), was Queen of Sardinia as the wife of King Victor Amadeus III of Sardinia. She was a mother of 3 rulers of Sardinia.

Infanta Maria Antonietta Ferdinanda de España was born at the Palacio de San Telmo in Seville, the youngest daughter of King Philip V of Spain and of second his wife, Elisabeth of Parma. As a daughter of the King of Spain, she was given the royal title of Infanta and held the style till her marriage. It was because of this that the young princess was allowed the style of Her Royal Highness. One of seven children, her siblings were to marry well:
- Infante Carlos (1716-1788) - later Duke of Parma (1731-1735); King of Spain (1735-1788) would marry Maria Amalia of Saxony;
- Infante Francisco of Spain (1717) - died in infancy;
- Infanta Mariana Victoria (1718-1781) - Engaged to Louis XV of France but later Queen of Portugal as wife of Joseph I of Portugal; They were the parents of Maria I of Portugal, the first Queen Regnant of Portugal;
- Infante Felipe (1720-1765) - Later Duke of Parma as heir of his mother; married Princess Louise-Élisabeth of France, the eldest daughter of Louis XV. They founded the House of Bourbon-Parma which still claims the title Duke of Parma and Piacenza;
- Infanta Maria Teresa (1726-1746) - Married Louis, Dauphin of France, eldest son of Louis XV;
- Infante Luis (1727-1785) - never married;
On May 31, 1750, at Oulx near Turin in Italy, Maria Antonietta married Prince Victor Amadeus of Savoy - the heir of King Charles Emmanuel III of Sardinia and his wife Polyxena Christina of Hesse-Rotenburg. (later King Victor Amadeus III of Sardinia).

The couple had twelve children:
- King Prince Carlo Emanuele Fernando Maria of Savoy (1751-1819), married Princess Marie Clothilde of France; Later ruled Sardinia as Charles Emmanuel IV;
- Princess Maria Elisabetta Carlotta of Savoy (1752-1753)
- Princess Maria Giuseppina Luisa of Savoy (1753-1810), married King Louis XVIII of France
- Prince Amadeo Alessandro Maria of Savoy, Duke of Montferrat (1754-1755)
- Princess Maria Teresa of Savoy (1756-1805), married King Charles X of France
- Princess Maria Ana Carlota Gabriela of Savoy (1757-1824), married her uncle Benedetto, Prince of Savoy, Duke of Chablais
- Prince Vittorio Emanuele of Savoy (1759-1824), married Archduchess Maria Theresa of Austria-Este (1773-1832); was later the King of Sardinia
- Princess Maria Cristina Giuseppina of Savoy (1760-1768)
- Prince Maurizio Giuseppe Maria of Savoy, Duke of Montferrat (1762-1799), unmarried
- Princess Maria Carolina Antonietta Adelaide of Savoy (1764-1782), married King Anthony of Saxony
- Prince Carlo Felice Giuseppe Maria of Savoy (1765–1831), married Maria Christina of the Two Sicilies (1779–1849)
- Prince Giuseppe Benedetto Maria Placido of Savoy (1766-1802), Count of Moriana (until 1796) and Asti (1796-1802), unmarried

During her life in he adopted country, she lived in the Royal Palace of Turin where most of her children were born. On the death of her father in law, Charles Emmanuel III of Sardinia in 1773, she became the new Queen Consort of Sardinia. Despite only being the consort of her husband for nearly 12 years, she was one of the longest reigning Queens on Sardinia.
Maria Antonia died in the Castle of Moncalieri near Turin. She is buried in the Basilica of Superga.
