FC Rouen is a French football club based in Rouen. It was founded in 1899. They play at the Stade Robert Diochon.
The team currently plays in CFA (fourth division in the French football league system, but was a regular at the top level, playing 19 seasons in Ligue 1 and 36 in Ligue 2. They also reached European level, competing in the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup 1969-70, when they were defeated by future winner Arsenal F.C. 1-0 on aggregate in the third round.
