Cobadin is a commune in Constanţa County, Romania. The commune includes five villages:
- Cobadin (historical names: Cobadinu, Turkish: Kobadin)
- Viişoara (historical name: Caciamac, Turkish: Kaçamak)
- Negreşti (historical name: Carabacâ, Turkish: Karabağ')
- Curcani (historical name: Chertic-Punar, Turkish: Kertikpınar)
- Conacu (historical name: Beşaul)

As of 2002, the population of the commune was 10,244, out of which:
- 8,024 Romanians
- 1,781 Turks and Tatars
- 270 Roma
- 169 Aromanians
