Bellevue Towers is a high rise luxury condominium project in Bellevue, WA located at the corner of 106th and 4th, which began construction in 2006. It is expected the condominium project will be partially complete and allow homeowners to begin moving in December 2008. The 42 and 43 story towers will allow for around 558 condo units and 13,800 square feet (1,280 m2) of retail use.[citation needed] The project will allow for 904 parking stalls on eight levels.[citation needed] The land in which Bellevue Towers stands is 2.43-acre (9,800 m2) site.[citation needed]
The project when complete is expected to receive an LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certification.[citation needed] The roofs of the buildings will have greenery planted to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The buildings have been designed to maximize the natural light coming in, to minimize the use of electricity.[citation needed] Everything down to the type of paint has been strategically chosen to be environmentally friendly and emit less greenhouse gases.[citation needed]
Homeowners dues are expected to be $.50 per square foot when complete.[citation needed]
